1. The marketplace
Purrevia (purrevia.com) is a marketplace and directory that connects prospective buyers with independent cat breeders. Purrevia provides marketplace technology, breeder profiles, kitten and cat listings, search and discovery tools, messaging and inquiry tools, buyer and breeder accounts, verification and documentation features, business tools for breeders, and breeder subscriptions. Purrevia is not currently the seller of any listed cat or kitten.
2. Purrevia's responsibilities
Purrevia is responsible for operating the platform, applying its verification review process as described, protecting account data as set out in our Privacy Policy, and responding to reports of misconduct. Verification badges are granted only after manual review and may be suspended or revoked.
3. Breeder terms
Breeders are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, pricing, availability, pedigree and health information, their communications and sales practices, their own payment arrangements with buyers, and compliance with applicable animal-sale and business laws.
4. Buyer terms
Buyers contact breeders directly, should review each breeder's purchase terms, and should independently evaluate breeders and listings. Any payment made directly to a breeder is subject to the arrangement between the buyer and that breeder. Purrevia does not guarantee breeder performance, kitten health or transaction outcomes.
5. Payments and deposits
Purrevia does not currently collect or process payments for kitten purchases or deposits, does not hold buyer funds, and does not act as an escrow service. Deposit, payment, reservation, cancellation and refund arrangements are made directly between buyer and breeder. See our Payments & Deposits Notice. Purrevia may introduce platform payment features in the future; updated terms will be published before any such feature is activated.
6. Subscriptions
The Pro Breeder plan ($50/month) is billed monthly and renews automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel it at any time from your breeder dashboard; access to paid features continues through the end of the paid period.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to post misleading listings, misrepresent health or pedigree information, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.
8. Reports and account action
Users may report concerns about a listing or user to Purrevia. We review reports and may remove listings or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Suspended accounts may lose access to paid features without a refund of subscription fees already earned.
9. Limitation of liability
Purrevia is not a breeder, seller, veterinarian, escrow service or guarantor of any kitten transaction. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Purrevia's liability is limited to the amount you paid Purrevia for platform services in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes between users and Purrevia shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes, including before any platform payment feature is activated, will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Purrevia after changes constitutes acceptance.
