Payments & Deposits Notice

Purrevia does not currently process kitten deposits or reservation payments through the platform. Any deposit, payment, reservation, cancellation, or refund arrangement between a buyer and breeder is handled directly between those parties according to the terms they establish.

Purrevia currently provides marketplace and communication tools that help buyers discover breeders and connect with them. Purrevia does not currently collect or process payments for kitten purchases or deposits through the marketplace, and does not hold buyer funds or act as an escrow service.

Ask the breeder for their written purchase, deposit and refund terms, and review them carefully before sending any money. Any payment you make to a breeder is subject to the arrangement between you and that breeder.

If you believe a breeder has misrepresented a listing or acted improperly, contact us at purreviaofficial@gmail.com. We review reports and may take action on listings or accounts under our Terms of Service, but we cannot reverse or refund payments made directly to a breeder.

The Pro Breeder subscription ($50/month) is a separate Purrevia service billed to breeders. It is covered by the subscription section of our Terms of Service.

Purrevia may introduce platform payment functionality in the future. If it does, updated terms, payment disclosures, and deposit and refund policies will be published before that functionality is activated.
